Get Your Morning Moving Granola

2 cups rolled oatsGet Your Morning Moving Granola

¼ cup coarsely chopped pecans

¼ cup slivered almonds

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/3 cup ground flax seed

Pinch of cayenne

1 tsp kosher salt

1/3 cup honey

2 tsp coconut oil

¼ cup packed brown sugar

1/3 cup orange juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup dried cranberries

Yogurt

1.  Preheat oven to 300.

2.  Combine oats, pecans, almonds, cinnamon, flax seed, cayenne and salt in a medium bowl. In a small saucepan, combine honey, coconut oil, brown sugar and orange juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over oat mixture, stirring to coat.

3.  Pour into a single layer on a baking pan lined with foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes stirring half way through. Spoon into a bowl and add cranberries. Cool completely and serve with yogurt.

Granola can be stored for 2 weeks in an airtight container or frozen for several months
