Bourbon Sour

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1-1 ½ tsp simple syrup

1 oz curacao

2 oz bourbon

1 egg white

2 dashes bitters

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy.  Add ice and shake again until shaker is cold.  Pour into a cocktail glass over ice and garnish with a brandied cherry.
