Grilled Tomahawk Steak

Ingredients:
1 small Tomahawk Steak
Kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Vegetable oil
Directions:
Remove steak from refrigerator and season generously with kosher salt on all sides. Let rest at room temperature for approximately 1 hour prior to cooking.
Heat a gas grill to the highest setting. Season the steak with cracked black pepper. Drizzle with vegetable oil before grilling. Sear on hot grill for 6-8 minutes, changing angle halfway through. Flip steak over and grill for another 6-8 minutes. Turn burners off on one side of the grill and move steaks over. Let slow cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 130. If the steak is very thick, cover with foil to cook the center.
Remove from grill, tent with foil and allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Finish with more kosher salt and pepper to taste.
